Return policies 

1. General Return Conditions
Our products are handmade and in limited editions, so we do not accept returns in case of change of mind or error in product selection. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction, and if the product has a manufacturing defect, we will do our best to fix it.

2. Products with Manufacturing Defects
If the product you received has a manufacturing defect, you can request an exchange or repair at no additional cost. Please contact us within the first 7 days after receiving the item to arrange the return or exchange. You will need to provide a description and photos of the defect to evaluate the situation.

3.Conditions of Products Accepted for Return
The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition in which it was received. We will not accept returns on products that have been modified or damaged by the customer.
